Sisi Modise is the founder of the company, with responsibility for charting the strategic direction of the company and managing the company's day to day operations. During the past six years, she has been providing Business Consulting and Advisory services, Investment Facilitation and Change Management services to German SMEs seeking to do business in Sub Sahara Africa.

Previously, she was a Channel Manager for more than 10 years responsible for strategic partnership identification and management, partner business analysis and reengineering, business development and marketing services for Novell, Compaq, Oracle and Cognos in Southern Africa.

Prior to establishing SAIMS Consulting, Ms. Modise set up a successful product marketing business, importing and promoting and marketing South African products, in cooperation with The Department of Trade and Industry. Some of her clients are South African Embassies in Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Czech Republic and Switzerland.

Ms. Modise-Bade is also a public speaker for a variety of businesses and German/Southern African business forums in Germany. She has cross-cultural experience of living and/or working in Southern Africa and central Europe.

Ms Modise-Bade holds BComm Degree through the University of South Africa, Global Business Management and Organizational Behaviour from Meritus University (Canada).
